Brown TROUT, Redfish and Mullet Catch, Smoke and Eat!

I did not plan this, but when we caught some nice keeper saltwater fish at the tail end of the trip, I thought it would be cool to save them and do some freshwater fishing to complete the catch n' cook. I smoked the trout and other fish, and we had a tasty smoked fish feast in the backyard! Which fish tasted the best - saltwater or freshwater? The winner will surprise you....
