Have you ever tried watercolor pigment powders? Do you have some sitting on a shelf that you don't know what to do with? Today I'll share a bunch of ways to create fun and beautiful backgrounds and offer tips for best results. Let's create! I will be using Brusho, Ken Oliver Color Bust, Magenta Nuance, Cosmic Shimmer and Paper Artsy Infusions together on these projects. You can even use an inexpensive tye-dye kit to get a similar effect if you find these powders hard to come by. I prefer the colors that have different color crystals in each mix as they yield the most beautiful and interesting effects like the Paper Artsy Infusions: https://topflightstamps.com/search?q=infusions **Although these are called "watercolor pigment powders" they are more like ink, dye-based which is to say they are more prone to fading than professional watercolor. They are plenty robust to last on your cards and sketchbooks tho!
