BT21 Meringue Cookies - DIY

Ingredients:
Egg white (60 g)
Sugar (90g)
Vanilla extract 1/2ts
Powdered Sugar (20 g)
Food coloring purple, blue, pink, brown, black, red, yellow and brown

Recipe:
1. Mix sugar in egg white

2. Heat in boiling water until 122℉ ~ 140℉, Melt the sugar in egg white completly

3. Whip the egg white in order of low speed – high speed - low speed

4. Put vanilla extract and sugar powder and mix

5. Divide the meringue and add the food coloring

6. Squeeze the meringue BT21 shape

7. Bake in preheated oven at 176℉ for 90 minutes. Please adjust the time and temperature according to your personal oven specification.

8. Done!
