Thanks for watching my budget road bike build and upgrade. This is my 2010/2011 Trek Alpha 1.1 Road Bike. I bought it second hand in 2015 and I've sort of neglected it, I've ridden it enough to realise what I wanted to change about it - so I've decided it's time to give it a new lease of life. I’m going to refurbish it by giving it a rebuild and an upgrade. Firstly, I strip off the old components. Then I give it a thorough clean. Then I build it back up with an almost full Tiagra Groupset.
