I know I know, the basics aren't fun! But we gotta understand them and drill them, so we can get the most out of the BIG fancy skills! In this video I go over the kettle bells swing and the basic movement of hip hinging and how it is very important in expressing power. Athletes will understand what to feel when performing the movement and coaches will learn what to look for when watching the movement!
