Build Miniature Tents and Lean-Tos for your Tabletop Game (2021) GameSmith S01E034
In this tutorial, the GameSmith will compare and contrast a homemade tent and lean-to with Wizk!ds’ Deep Cuts versions. Using easy to find building materials such as tin foil and wood dowels from the dollar store, we can create the rigid features of our camping shelters and build realistic looking tents and lean-tos for your tabletop roleplaying game such as Dungeons and Dragons or Pathfinder. These structures can serve as cover, distractions, draw player’s attention, or act as decoration for a dungeon or landscape.
The GameSmith will demonstrate not only how to build the tent and lean-tos, but also how to paint and decorate them as well. The Deep Cuts’ unpainted miniature models were purchased at the local hobby store and are easy to paint. Both the bought and built tents and lean-tos will be painted to look similar to one another using the same supplies.
