About the kit
It is a resale of DT-1, but the name has changed to DT250.
According to the contents of the manual, it seems that the engine and suspension are strengthened in the minor change version of DT-1.
However, the contents of the kit are the same as the DT-1, and the key switch is the DT-1 type.
In addition, there are some parts that differ from the actual vehicle in the package. It is so specified.
Engine
I replaced all hose bands, cable joints and bolts.
The case cover bolt is a Phillips bolt in the actual car, but I replaced it with a pin.
The carburetor also adds details such as a choke lever.
I didn't use the kit's air filter and remade it with plastic model junk parts.
This part is completely invisible when assembled.
Added spring for foot brake.
Front and rear suspension
We wanted the front suspension to sleep the head angle, so we inserted a 4mm spacer into the lower crown.
Therefore, I replaced the part to attach the light to the brass pipe.
For the rear suspension, we made the shaft thinner because we wanted to add cushioning rubber to the bottom.
Petrol tank
It is the shape of the tank like an old car. Since the YAMAHA logo stands out, I filled in the opening for the logo and made it flat.
Muffler
I made a muffler guard with an aluminum plate.
Weld marks added to the muffler. And I added a spring to the base of the engine and muffler.
Wheel
I made it with a 0.5mm spring wire and a brass pipe with an inner diameter of 0.6mm.
This kit`s changing spokes is very easy.
Fender
The front is fixed to the head tube like a dirt bike.
Added a rubber mudguard in front of the fender, which is common in old cars.
Sheet
Cut it in half because it is thick.
Add details such as seat fixing hooks.
The seat is thinner, the fenders are taller, the head angle is changed, the tank is cleaner, and I think it's a little slimmer and spartan.
Painting
Since I paint frame with silver, I paint the wheel rims and suspensions with black.
The tanks were yellow, and the number plate was red because the color was not enough.
Display stand
From the beginning, I had decided that the Motorcycle stand would be a wooden Coca-Cola box.
I put out a little story with oil, spanner, and mud brush.
The table is simply a palette.

今年もどうぞよろしくお願いします。
キットについて
DT-1の再販ですが、DT250と名前が変わっています。
取説の内容によると、DT-1のマイナーチェンジバージョンでエンジンとサスペンションが強化されているそうです。
しかし、キットの内容はDT-1と同じで、キースイッチはDT-1タイプになっています。
パッケージにも実車とは異なる部分があります。と、書いてありました。
エンジン関係
ホースバンド、ケーブルジョイント、ボルト類は全て変えました。
ケースカバーのボルトは実車ではプラスのボルトですが、ピンに置き換えました。
キャブレターもチョークレバーなどディテールを追加しました。
エアフィルターはキットのものは使わず、車模型のジャンクパーツから作り変えました。
組み立てると全く見えなくなります。
フットブレーキのスプリングなどを追加しました。
フロントサスペンションとリアサスペンション
フロントサスペンションはヘッドアングルを寝かせたいので、4mmのスペーサーを下部のクラウンに挿入しました。
その為、ライトを付ける部分を真鍮パイプに置き換えました。
リアサスペンションは底つきの緩衝ゴムを付けたいがためにシャフトを細くしました。
ガソリンタンク
旧車らしいタンクの形状です。YAMAHAのロゴが目立ってしまうので、ロゴ部分の開口部を埋めてフラットにしました。
マフラー
プレートをアルミ板で作りました。
マフラーの溶接跡を付けて、エンジンとマフラーの付け根にスプリングを追加しました。
ホイール
0.5mmのバネ線と内径0.6mmの真鍮パイプで作りました。
このキットはスポークの張り替えはとても楽です。
フェンダー
フロントはダート感を高める為にヘッドチューブに固定しました。
旧車に良くある、フェンダーの前にゴムの泥避けを付けました。
シート
分厚いので、半分にしました。
シート固定フックにディテールを追加しました。
シートを薄くして、フェンダーの位置を上に上げ、ヘッドアングルを変えて、タンクをプレーンにして、少しスマートでスパルタンになったかなと思います。
塗装
フレームをシルバーにした為にホイールのリム、サスペンション類は黒にしました。
タンク類は黄色にして、色が足りないので、ナンバープレートは赤にしました。
展示台
バイクスタンドは最初からコカコーラの木箱と決めていました。
オイルとスパナ、泥落としのブラシを添えて少しだけストーリーを出しました。
台は簡素にパレットです。
