Note:-
The Bypass pictured was carried out to take major traffic away from the little village of Llanddowror, which straddled the busy road to the very popular sea-side town of Tenby. The Irish contractors won the contract, promising to employ mostly Welsh labour -- which didn't happen! A rather large bridge had to be built, which was fabricated in Ireland (Eire). It was swung into position by the largest crane I have ever seen, later in the series!
