Here's how to build a Smitty Sled for your ice fishing needs. I made a simple, easy, affordable sled using PVC. I used downhill ski's. I got all the materials for around $50.

And you can take it apart very easily!

It took me about 90 minutes to create. I'm sure I could make another one in less than an hour.
