Another video from my Tiktok, this time an axe I worked on awhile ago for a commission. The bear on it might look a little familiar but it was what the commissioner wanted.
- I use a mixture of 3/8" 2lb polyethylene foam and 6lb foam, as well as craft foam for details.
-For the core I use 3/8" fiberglass rods that I sand and cap the ends with hot glue.
- For glue I use Contact cement.
- Tools: rotary tool, utility knifes, belt sander, and heat gun.
- Other materials: Plastidip, kwik seal, and gaffe tape.
