As our chicks grow bigger, it needs a proper home than a cardboard box. The design of the chicken coop itself needs to consider location, light, ventilation, functionality, disturbance to the neighbors, etc. Luckily my roommate is an architect, and he is very happy to put a lot of effort into designing and building the sweet home for our chicks! It is so joyful to see them settle and run in our backyard. =)
大家好，造園記系列稍事耽擱如今又回歸了正軌。由於小雞們長得出奇的快，於是把雞舍的建造提上了日程，雞舍的設計本身也有諸多考量，位置、光線、通風、功能性和對鄰居的干擾等等（好在都是母雞），經過了我與室友四版不同的設計（以及對小雞年幼時對植物破壞力的觀察），最後把雞舍佈置在了相對私密獨立的區域。我們在家的日子裡會把小母雞們放到後院跑跑，鬆鬆土，吃吃草，啄啄蟲，其樂融融。
