In this video series, I will show you how I build my Bohemian RS model, my personal tribute to the legendary Red Special by Brian May, which he built together with his father in the early 1960s.
You'll discover how complex it is in both design and construction, even though it was built by two people on their first approach to guitar making. This is precisely what makes this guitar, which shaped the history of Rock, so unique.
What you'll see is not someone working with minimal tools and an approximate approach. This has been my profession for 13 years now, and I use machinery that allows me to achieve professional results. Together with nearly 20 years of experience in guitar making, this enables me to deliver high-quality guitars to my customers.
This is not a tutorial. This video simply shows how I work with my machines, machines that I know very well and have become highly familiar with over the years.

-The preparation of oak for the reinforcement inserts of the body.
-The making of the lower layer using blockboard and oak.
-The making of the upper layer using blockboard.
-The assembly of the oak insert for the tremolo system.
-The gluing of the two layers to form the body.
