Join me for my first ever MTB vlog in honour of International Women's day.
A solo morning ride at the Golfie trails in Innerleithen! Today, I’m taking it a bit easier, riding cautiously while out on my own. As I ride, I reflect on some recent struggles with anxiety and feeling low. Honestly, it was harder than I expected to talk about it on camera—barely scratched the surface, but I’m here if anyone wants more details.

I also share my experience with trialing HRT, which is helping me feel a bit more balanced.

While riding some fun tracks, I talk about how mountain biking helps me build mental wealth, and the importance of taking things one step at a time—whether on the trail or in life.

It’s not always about pushing yourself to the limit; sometimes it’s just about getting out there, having fun, and giving yourself space to heal. I hope this video resonates with you, whether you’re facing your own challenges or just need a bit of inspiration to get out and ride.
