In this video I focus on making the floor of my self built log cabin. First I clean the foundation logs and installs plywood floorboards, battling snow and ice. Then I install a rodent net, paper and insulation, before laying spruce floorboards. This results in a finished cabin floor. Al tough I am facing a new challenge.
Are you ready to join a life changing adventure?
My name is Jorit Tolboom and I’m thrilled to invite you on my extraordinary journey. I made the bold choice to leave everything behind. I gave away all my possessions and ventured into the wild with only my trusty backpack. My mission? I wanted to feel truly free and experience life as real and raw as it can be.
Over the past years, I’ve embraced the art of hunting, foraging, and fishing, mastering these skills to gather my own food and live sustainably. This transformative experience has deepened my connection with the natural world and ignited a passion to document and share my adventures, insights, and hard-earned knowledge with you.
Welcome to “sharingsurvival,” I invite you to join me in exploring the beauty and challenges of living in the wild.
