ਤਾਂ ਬੁੱਲੇ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ... ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਢਲਦੇ ਵੇਖੇ ..
ਬੁੱਝਦੇ ਦੀਵੇ ਬਲਦੇ ਵੇਖੇ
ਹੀਰੇ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਾ ਜਾਣੇ ..
ਖੋਟੇ ਸਿੱਕੇ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਵੇਖੇ
ਜਿੰਨਾ ਦਾ ਨਾ ਜੱਗ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ..
ਉਹ ਵੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਪਲਦੇ ਵੇਖੇ ॥
ਉਸਦੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦੇ, ਪਾਣੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਵੇਖੇ।
ਲੋਕੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਦਾਲ ਨੀ ਗਲਦੀ ..
ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਪੱਥਰ ਦਿਲ ਗਲਦੇ ਵੇਖੇ ॥
ਬੁਲ੍ਹੇ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਜਗ ਹੈ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦਾ,
ਹਰ ਘਰ ਫਸਾਨਾਂ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦਾ
ਮੰਜਿਲ ਹੈ ਗਹਿਰੀ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ,
ਵੱਖਰੀ ਕਚਹਿਰੀ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ.......
ਉਹਨਾ ਗਲੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਹਲੀਮਾਂ ਦੇ
ਮੈ ਲੱਭਦਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਘਰ ਬਾਰ!
