BUNGALOW TO HOUSE RENOVATION - LIFTING THE STEELS AND POURING FRONT WALL FOUNDATION.

This is a short video showing the steels being lifted into place and the front wall foundation being poured. The plan originally was to have just 3 steels however the front wall was not very stable and i wasn't happy with a the pier in the middle supporting the flitch beam. Ant at I-plans got the new steel calculated in no time and we got it ordered.
