Hi everyone! I’ve been helping a lot of people ride better via remote coaching. Here's how it works:
- You buy lessons on my website.
- We discuss goals via email.
- I give assignments to study and practice from my online MTB school. These are delivered via shared Google Doc.
- When you're ready, we schedule a Zoom call.
- We rock the Zoom call as if I’m there with you. The live feedback is massively helpful. I can see what you’re doing, ask questions and give you the exact cues you need, when you need them.
- I write up the notes and post video from the session in the Google Doc. Some of my clients’ docs are over 100 pages long. You basically end up with a how-to book (with videos) that’s written specifically for you.
- We repeat this cycle for as long as you want. People all over the world are seeing huge improvements!
Here are some clips from an hour-long session with Anatoliy. We’ve been working on body position and the pump track. Today he wanted to focus on hopping, so we set up a camera in his driveway and we got it done! Well, he got it done. I helped.
