Hallo babes! Been thinking a lot about work life balance recently - is there ever truly balance? I’m such a big advocate for a 4 day work week and really hope the UK is going to kick things off (they had a few successful trials!). I personally find it so hard to perform well at work, maintain a social life and work on my personal projects and sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed.
In this video, I captured a few busy but productive days in my life in london where I got work done at home and the office, met up with friends, spent time with my person and enjoyed the first days of autumn in london. Just know that not all my weeks look like this, we all have ups and downs x
