Fresh milk 80ml
Unsalted butter 60g|1/4cup
Cake flour 100g|2/3cup
Cornstarch 20g|2Tbsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Egg whites 4|170g
Lemon juice 1tsp
Sugar 75g|1/3cup
Tubepan 20cm
Bake at 170°C|340°F for 40-45 minutes
