Sugar 15g｜2Tbsp
Fresh milk 80ml
Unsalted butter 60g｜1/4cup
Cake flour 100g｜2/3cup
Cornstarch 20g｜2Tbsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Egg whites 4｜170g
Lemon juice 1tsp
Sugar 75g｜1/3cup
Tubepan 20cm
Bake at 170°C｜340°F for 40-45 minutes
