In this video, we will discuss the bandpass filter design having a Butterworth response characteristics. The design is carried out using the Geffe's algorithm. The bandpass filter circuit is realized using a multiple-feedback active filter circuit (Delyiannis-Friend circuit). The designed filter is an active fourth-order bandpass filter. We will work out the design step by step and verify our calculations using simulations in TINA-TI SPICE.
