I moved from Brighton to Leeds about 4 months ago. The city is really cute, less crowded and it's affordable. So why not look into buying a house? The housing market went up massively in the UK. A lot of people are looking to buy and sell because of the stamp duty holiday in 2021. Vendors are trying to sell their property at a decent price. It's not so fun in the search process as a first-time buyer, I often get outbid by a £15k-£20k higher offer. I want to show you the GOOD houses I found which are up to £200k asking price.
