Bypassing Skim Issue on Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999 to 2004 | New PCM

We finally fixed the New Jeep WJ! The issue turned out to be Skim/PCM Related. We ended up doing the Skim Bypass since our PCM came with the Skim in Learning mode. You technically CANNOT get a PCM withe Skim Bypass. The way to bypass skim is by putting the PCM in Skim Learning mode and Disconnecting your Skim module under your Steering!
