Upgrading the cooling system on my squarebody Chevy with an LS swap! 💪 I installed a stock 2002 Chevy radiator paired with dual electric fans for better cooling performance. Plus, I fabricated a custom cover to give the setup a sleek, custom look. The old radiator was too small and leaking—this upgrade is a game-changer!
Here’s the best part: by using a stock radiator and hoses, no matter where you are, you can walk into a parts store and walk out with exactly what you need. This makes the setup more versatile and an easy fix when you're on the road. Talk about LS tips and tricks to keep your build running smoothly!
Now I need your help! For the fabricated cover, should I add dimple dies like I did on the cowl panel, leave it plain and just paint it, or add some decals or logos? Let me know in the comments and help shape this build!
