今天我想和大家探討一下原來其中一個引起頸痛的原因除了肌肉痛 ,椎間盤突出 ,關節痛之外, 最常見有時我們會比較忽略的就是頸椎的一二節的小關節綜合症, 你會問究竟頸椎的C1 2在哪裡呢? 頸椎的第一和第二個關節位在這一個枕骨 就是我們的頭顱,頭顱對下一個的頸椎位就是我們叫的C1, 就是頸椎的第一位 然後呢 第二位就是叫C2, 如果你之前有聽過我往期的視頻 ,我也說過C1 2中間是沒有椎間盤的. 椎間盤C2一直往下的整條脊椎都是有椎間盤的. 那C1 2沒有椎間盤的時候 其實它是有一個小關節, 位這個小關節就是在側邊的位置, 其實每一個的椎節 側面都是有一個小關節,特別之處呢 就是C1 2的小關節其實它裡面會有一些軟組織來承托起這個關節, 如果不是的話 ,你試想一下那個C1 C2椎其實它們的距離會很近 而且還會夾著神經線.....
Today, I like to discuss with you one of the causes of neck pain besides muscle pain, herniated discs, and joint pain. Which is common but often overlooked is cervical facet joint at C1,2. Where exactly are the C1 and C2 vertebrae? C1,2 are located below occipital bone, the vertebra directly beneath the skull is C1, also known as the first cervical vertebra. The second one is C2 , if you’ve watched my previous videos there is no intervertebral disc between C1 and C2. From C2 downward, the entire spine has intervertebral discs, C1 and C2 don't have intervertebral disc, they are connected by small joints. These small joints are located on the sides.Every vertebral segment has small joints on the sides. What makes the C1 and C2 joints unique is that they contain soft tissue that supports the joint, without this soft tissue, C1 and C2 would be overlapped to each other and will impinge the spinal nerve.....
