A CAG report has pointed out that the Delhi Government suffered losses of ₹2,000 crore due to liquor policy of the previous AAP government. The report outlines how the recommendations of the Expert Committee were ignored by Delhi's former excise minister Manish Sisodia.
The CAG report has flagged violations in the process of issuing liquor licences. It is among the 14 reports against the previous Aam Aadmi Party government, which the BJP said had not been tabled in the Delhi Assembly.
