In this tutorial you will learn how to create a Birch Wood effect on a cake. This looks great on its own or part of a tiered cake. Add in 2 eggs at a time and mix until combined. Add the vanilla extract. Sift flour and add to mix 1/4 at a time folding gently. Finally add the milk and combine. Bake at 160 degrees for 45 mins until a knife comes out clean. Buttercream 500g icing sugar 250g butter Vanilla Extract 2 tablespoons of milk mix ingredients until light and fluffy.
