California Boater Exams A & B, 2024, and how to get your boater card

To get your boater card, you first need to show proof of education/pass exam, such as shown in this video.

*AFTER* you get the certificate back from passing the exam, you can visit the CA website and pay the $10 to get your boater ID: https://boatercard.parks.ca.gov/Application
