Angina is a warning sign that your heart is under stress. When there is not enough blood and oxygen getting to your heart, you may feel pain or discomfort in one or more areas listed below. You may feel pain (discomfort) in your: • Chest • Jaw • Arms • Upper back • Throat You may also feel short of breath, feel very tired (fatigue) or have nausea (upset stomach). Talk to your doctor and Cardiac Rehab team if you experience angina, dizziness or any other pain during exercise! Important Notice: These videos are for information only.
