Enjoyed a solo camping trip in the silence of a winter forest as a cold wave sweeps in. There are no heating devices such as wood stoves, and I spent an extremely primitive camping trip warmed only by a bonfire. I was surrounded by the sound of a bonfire resonating in the quiet snowy mountains, and experienced a special time of comfortable silence.
