The video compares the $60 Hantek 6022BE scope, the $140 Pico 2204a, $500 Autel MaxiScope, and the $1600 Pico 4425. In the video I demonstrate common automotive measurements, such as cam/crank, can bus, battery voltage/amperage, ignition primary/secondary, relative compression, engine compression, intake pulses, transmission line pressure. I go through each test with each scope. This is a condensed version of the live presentation I did that failed miserably with my guest hosts mic echo. I re-recorded it and edited it down to 53 minutes (as opposed to over 3 hours!). This video answers the question of "how much scope do you need for automotive" and "can I get by with a cheap PC based scope."
