Back at Basingstoke Parkrun, my hometown 5K course, to see if I can finally break my course PB of 21:14.
But this time, it’s not about going flat out. The goal? Consistent pacing, controlled effort, and executing the plan.
I’ve learned from past attempts where I’ve either gone out too fast or tried to negative split and blown up. Today, it’s all about running smart.
