In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be taking each country and giving them core provinces on every province that has their primary culture group as it's local culture. This means that nations like Austria or Brandenburg will have cores on all of Germany and the Low Countries, Florence has cores on all of Italy, and so on. This should lead to some very aggressive early game wars!
