There are not a lot of characters that can be considered the best. Sure there are a lot of characters that are really good, but they usually perform well in one way. Being able to be both a DPS and support is really useful for a character. With this being said I think the best character in Genshin Impact… is Zhongli. I feel like people overlook his DPS capabilities because of his amazing shield, Which is fair, but I still don't feel people give Zhongli his due when it comes to damage output. He's so good that you could solo the game with him and I’d be super easy! So that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Rules.
I can only use Zhongli in battle.
Any puzzles that require another element can be completed with another character.
No healing items in battle.
No Co-op.
All polearms are allowed.
