Can you build a SMOOTH coaster in 15 minutes in Planet Coaster 2?

Because apparently building one in an hour was too easy...

Planet Coaster 2 challenges are here, and I decided I wanted to really see just how good the new coaster builder is by attempting to build (and smooth!) a whole layout in the time it used to take me to build one element in Planet Coaster 1...has the coaster builder really improved that much?
