A dish on Sunday and also for holidays, to do when we have more time to dedicate to cooking and to pamper our family! The crepes are easily prepared, plus, as I usually do, I lightened them, with 2 eggs I made 12 large crepes! Plus I'll show you how to make Béchamel with olive oil, much lighter but you won't notice the difference with that made with butter!
