Homemade Pizza Sauce
Steam or water bath
5 to 6 pounds tomatoes
cored, peeled
pureed
3 t. garlic powder
2 t. onion powder
2 T. Italian seasoning
1 T. dry basil
2 t. fennel seed crushed
1 t. Salt opt.
1 t. Black pepper opt.
3 t. sugar
1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes opt.
water bath or steam can 1/2 pints 40 minutes
or freeze in small freezer bags
