Ha! Well, this was quite the adventure! I've done A LOT of canning, but never with pre-frozen tomatoes! Freezing tomatoes has been a new trick for me to try on our homestead, allowing me to tuck them away during the heart of harvest to "deal with them later" when I have more time. It's AWESOME as long as you know what to do with them after!
