Canning green beans/ Both methods

Water bath and pressure can green beans. Here in Lancaster P.A, to water bath green beans is the norm. It is also very much in the Amish and Mennonite culture to pass these methods down. I honestly love both methods as it gives me a lot of flexibility.This Amish Canning series is the result of an interview that I had with an Amish woman and her family.
