Canning TONS of Onions | Caramelized & Onion Jam

Started with about 35 pounds of chopped onions, added 4 sticks of butter, and slow cooked for 24 hrs - or until deep rich caramel color. Can these as is for caramelized onions, or use as base for the onion jam! If you want the details on the Onion Jam - here's a link: https://youtu.be/vqTu9cNT9j4
Delicious 😋 The "safe" time for pressure canning these is 70 minutes, at our elevation it's 10 pounds of pressure. If you're up higher, adjust accordingly ♥
