Ross is the President of the United States. Because of his past, he has a difficult relationship with his daughter, who doesn't want to see him anymore. Everyone is waiting for his speech where he will address the emergency of a celestial mass in the Indian Ocean and calls for everyone to unite in response.
Sam, as the new Captain America, is watching this broadcast while resting.
Five months later, an operation is underway to transport a mysterious package, which the military needs to prevent, and Captain America is personally assisting them. Using his shield and wings, he takes down several attackers, which serve both as defense and offense. The package is their target, but Cap wants to help the hostages and enters the building where Sidewinder is holding the hostage, demanding to know where the buyer is, but they don't know. Cap enters and fights the others, easily defeating them, and reaches the hostages where he takes down another man with a drone and saves them. Because the others have moved away with the package, Joaquin wants to join the action and help, while Cap reaches Sidewinder, who sends his man to fight Cap while he retreats. He is overpowered and injured, but not for long; because he finds the strength and ends this. Joaquin takes his new suit and attacks the motorcyclists, feeling like a superhero, but is disappointed that nobody saw that, at least the package is secured.
