HOT RODS AND CLASSIC CARS - On Saturday, June 8th, we went to the Anoka Classic Car Show held in Downtown Anoka, Minnesota. They have this event several Saturday evenings during the warmer months.
Now, we went to this event while in town last August and I was blown away. We posted a video related to that visit last year. However, at that show I was told that not that many cars were there in comparison because last year there was rain right before.
Well, this year there was in excess of 400 cars coming and going at the event. What a crowd and what a great selection of hot rods and classic cars.
I would recommend that if you are ever in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area on Saturday evenings that you check to see if this is going on. It is worth the drive!
