Car-Splosion!!! Code (Blues & Twos) Response While Driving In The Wrong Direction!!!

Responding Code or Blues and Twos to a vehicle crash that had the interstate shut down. We were requested to drive South in the North bound lanes of the interstate by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
