INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked in a preheated 350 degree oven for the first 30 minutes, and then I turned my temp down to 325 for about another 25 minutes or until your desired brownness (Time may vary depending on your oven.)
1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Stick UNsalted Melted Butter
Vanilla Extract
1 lb Roasted Sweet potatoes
1/2 C Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
2 Large eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon ginger
1/4 Teaspoon salt
**Caramel Pecan Topping:
2 Tblspns UNsalted Butter
1/4 C Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup Caramel Ghirardelli Sauce
