I often get asked how I clean my Red Runner colonies,, the Blatta lateralis or Turkestan Roaches, These are very high in nutrition and offer a suitable size meal for every size spider from tiny slings through to adult spiders you have them all at your finger tips, very easy to breed and care for, so follow my tips and never have to worry about food for your collection ever again.
