Caregiver burnout is real and it hurts. Taking care of someone with Dementia is extremely hard. My mother was officially diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia 5 years ago. But the signs were there many years before her official diagnosis. Taking care of a parent with Dementia is hard and challenging.
