Carnevil (Max Difficulty, 1 Gun, v1.03) in 24:48 [WR] [RTA] [MAME]

Max difficulty is where ever possible in game option is set to Very Hard. This includes how damage you take, how much health enemies have, and the amount of enemies that spawn.

Bosses health is practically doubled in this mode.
