This week I visit Adam and Holly at Caulston Farm, right on the coast in South Devon. Around 1000 acres milking 550 to 600 cows in an organic system, using herbal leys, all young stock on farm.
They are a new AHDB Strategic Dairy Farm, I'm doing this initial visit to give recommendations and will be part of a later AHDB SDF open day on the farm.
