Bank Shot Basketball by Joe Bryan is probably the only tabletop basketball game with the option of playing a season from the beloved Continental Basketball Association. Prior to Isiah Thomas lighting a proverbial torch and burning the CBA to the ground during the 1990s, this minor league of hoops had plenty of great action, great players and future great coaches who eventually made a significant impact on the National Basketball Association (NBA). This particular game is from the 1981-82 CBA season and features the champion Lancaster Lightning squaring off against the Montana Golden Nuggets. There are some players who participated in this game with NBA credentials, including 33-year-old Henry Bibby (a guard for Lancaster) and future NBA coach Terry Stotts (a forward for Montana) as players and a young George Karl as coach of the Golden Nuggets.
