Cesar is called to help the owner of a dog-friendly café rehabilitate his aggressive dog Sassa. Sassa is a Siberian Husky who believes that she is the boss of the café and needs to protect her owner, Brian, from all of his customers. She has attacked Brian's customer's dogs and it's jeopardizing the business. If Brian can't get Sassa under control, he may have to choose between his dog and his livelihood.
今回シーザーが訪れるのは香港のドッグカフェ。オーナーのブライアンは自分の飼うシベリアン・ハスキーが他の犬に対し攻撃的で困っている。現在、営業時間内は別室に閉じ込め、客の犬と接しないようにしているが、このままでは念願の店が潰れかねない。店も犬も手放したくないブライアンを、シーザーは助けることができるのか。他にも、他の犬を見ると興奮して大騒ぎする犬たちや、人を見ると飛びついてじゃれたがる犬が登場する。
