In this episode Fiona looks at two rope solo accident reports 3 climbing accident reports:
- A sling jams open the device causing a 30 foot fall.
- A mysterious failure of a single micro trax results in a very near miss.
Then we’ll look at a video of a guy taking a rope solo fall, with a miss rigged chest harness.
